Assets are served over HTTPS with HTTP/2. Cache headers follow the origin
response; edge nodes respect Cache-Control and ETag.
Soft-purge a path across all edges:

We currently operate edges in eu-central and eu-north.
Anycast is not offered; pin your clients to a specific edge hostname.
